Remodel and Addition in Long Beach

Elan Construction Inc remodeled this Long Beach home and built an addition. The result is a modern three-level front with room to take in the coastal light.

Framing

The addition started with the structure. Our crew framed the new floor in lumber joists, laid out and checked from above before sheathing. Good framing is what everything else rests on, and we take our time getting it right.

Exterior

The finished front has a white stucco exterior with a gabled roofline and dark fascia, plus stone-look accent panels. Each upper level opens to a balcony with a glass railing, behind wide dark-framed window walls and sliders. Wall sconces and a clean entry finish the ground floor.
